Please note that if your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to your city and/or mailbox, we are not responsible if you do not find the package in your mailbox. Canada post is responsible for where your packages are dropped off and in cases of theft or mysterious disappearances, we are not responsible for those packages or their safety.
If you know or feel like your mailbox is not safe from theft, please do not send your order there, as we will not be able to compensate you for a missing package.
The only way we consider resending an order out, is if the tracking number itself indicates that the package has been delivered to the wrong city or was returned to us due to an error.
If you want to guarantee your package arriving every single time, please make sure to purchase a signature required shipping option for $2.50 at checkout. This guarantees that no one can take your package from Canada post but you.
Please note that for ANY shipping questions as to the whereabouts of your package at any time, please contact Canada post as they are the sole responsible party for delivering your package to you.
We charge a flat rate of $20.00 for shipping Canada wide, through a couriered mail service.

Our shipping is 3-5 Business days Canada Wide. If you have ordered on a weekday and paid before 1PM PST, your order will be sent out the same day. If you have paid after 1PM PST, your order will be processed and and sent out the next business day. If you ordered on a weekend, your order will be processed and filled the same day but shipped out on Monday. (Due to Canada Post not working on weekends)

“What payment methods do you accept?”
Our preferred method of payment is interac email money transfers, commonly referred to as ‘e-transfers‘. We accept payment for mail order Psilocynbin products using Interac eTransfer from a Canadian bank account.
This works by following the instructions at checkout and signing into your online bank account and emailing us the transaction total to the correct recipient (see checkout page for details). Your order will be shipped when payment has been received.
“When and how does my mail order purchase ship?”
All of the products are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the eTransfer payment (except on weekends) and the packages are sent through a couriered mail service using tracking numbers.
“How do I know when my mail order was shipped?”
When your package is sent in the mail, you are provided with a couriered mail service tracking number, sent to you via email shortly after shipping. This will give you all of the details for shipping times and dates. Because we have heard from our clients that our emails are ending up in the spam folder, you can also track the order through your account. Once a package is given to canada post, we do not have any control over it and any shipping issues are best discussed with canada post themselves.
“How long will it take to receive my mail order after it’s sent?”
It usually takes between 3 to 5 business days to arrive to any address in Canada. “What are the cut off times for orders and shipping daily?”
At 1pm daily the orders for that day are cut off, and all pending paid orders are shipped and tracking numbers sent to waiting clients. If you place an order after 1pm daily, that order is shipped the following business day. If you submit your order before 1pm and your payment arrives after, the order will still go out the following business day.
“How does the couriered mail service tracking process work?”
Every package sent via couriered mail has a unique ID tracking number. This tracking number will show all of the details along the journey of the mail order products as they come closer to arriving to you. We send customers their tracking numbers in the late afternoon of the day that the items are shipped, as our shipping team(s) are out of the office with the packing slips until that time. Which means your mail order products will ship mid day, but the tracking numbers are not sent until later.
*It’s important to note that mailed items do not leave the post office until 3:30PM PST daily, so there’s no difference in arrival time of the package if it’s dropped off in the morning or the afternoon, as long as it arrives at the post office before 3:30PM PST, it’s all the same.
“Can you guarantee that my product package will arrive after ordering?”
We suggest that you use a mailing address that you know is not compromised, is secure, and only you have access to receive the products that we mail to you. On very rare occasions, packages sent in the mail do go missing, but that applies to every industry.
“How are the mail order purchases packed up before being shipped?”
Everything we send in the mail is always vacuum sealed, and extremely well packed for maximum customer security and privacy. We take impeccable care in our packing systems and follow a tight protocol each time. For larger orders we use double box shipping (box within a box) for complete
